Patient Participation Group
The role of the Brandon Medical Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to bring together patients, doctors and other members of the Practice Management Team to work in partnership, in order to promote the wellbeing of patients and support the Practice in providing a high quality of service and care.
The PPG is independent of the Practice and is run by the Patient Members. We meet with representatives from the Practice Management Team four times a year at the Surgery, for approximately one hour in the evening.
We are not a forum for complaints, which should be directed to the Practice Management Team, but we do bring forward suggestions for ways to improve the service to patients.
The PPG has 5 Patient Members.
For more information and to join the PPG please get a form from reception.
If you want to send us your views or suggestions for ways to improve the service to patients you can leave your comments at the Surgery, addressed to the Patient Participation Group.
